Notice on resuming work, production, and business
(Suzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Notice No. 14)
Based on the continuous improvement of the epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to better meet the production and living needs of the people, and under the premise of strict implementation of prevention and control measures, our city will further accelerate the resumption of work, production, and business in various industries, and fully promote the normal operation of the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The commercial and service industry has fully resumed operations. Commercial complexes, shopping malls, shopping centers, wholesale markets (including agricultural wholesale markets), professional markets, small commodity markets, farmers' markets, hotels, homestays, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and grain and oil, vegetables, fruits, food stores, operating food, clothing, daily necessities, vehicles, communication, building materials, and providing services such as beauty and hairdressing, laundry, housekeeping, decoration, pets, maintenance, photography, intermediary, recycling, etc, Can resume work and business without filing.
2. The catering industry has resumed operations independently. Restaurants, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, tea houses and other catering units have decided to resume work and operation independently, and are not allowed to hold large-scale banquets and other personnel gathering activities before the end of the epidemic.
3. The cultural tourism and entertainment industry is classified and resumed. Literary and artistic production units such as art troupes, radio and television broadcasting institutions, transmission institutions, scenic spots, museums, libraries, public cultural centers, and art galleries may resume work and business without filing. Theaters, bookstores, cinemas, and chess and card rooms must be registered with the competent department before resuming work and business. Cross provincial (city, district) and entry-exit team tourism business, as well as "air ticket+hotel" tourism business, offline education and training venues, and childcare institutions, will resume work and business after being notified by the relevant higher-level departments.
4. Sports venues will resume operations according to regulations. Indoor and outdoor sports venues, swimming pools, gyms, and other types of sports venues open to the public (excluding school sports venues) can resume work and business on the premise of strict implementation of prevention and control measures, disinfection of venues, and crowd control.
All industry units that resume work and production must strictly implement epidemic prevention measures, prohibit personnel gathering activities, and maintain ventilation in all types of activity venues.
